Introducing Sel$tays: A Visual Journey Through Our World

House Rules

 

  1. No Shoes Inside: To maintain a clean and hygienic living space, please remove your shoes before entering the premises. Shoe racks are provided for your convenience.
  2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during this time by keeping noise levels to a minimum. This includes music, TV, and conversations.
  3. No Parties OR Large Gatherings: To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure the safety of all residents, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in fines of up to $1600 and termination of the remainder of your stay.
  4. Guests: Our properties are equipped with exterior doorbell cameras, while we understand that you may have visitors, please inform us in advance if you plan to have overnight guests. Inability to inform of extra guests staying will incur a fine of $150 per guest. Ensure that your guests are aware of and adhere to these house rules.
  5. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
  6. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement. If pets are allowed, please adhere to the specific pet rules and guidelines provided.
  7. Trash Disposal: Dispose of your trash in the designated bins provided. Trash should be placed in sealed bags to prevent odors and pests.
  8. Maintenance and Repairs: Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs promptly. Our team will address these concerns as quickly as possible to ensure your comfort.
  9. Utilities and Appliances: Use all utilities, appliances, and fixtures responsibly. Turn off lights, heating/cooling systems, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
  10. Parking: Follow designated parking guidelines. Unauthorized parking in reserved spaces or blocking driveways is not permitted.
  11. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the premises. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
  12. Compliance with Laws: Residents are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws during their stay in the rental unit.
  13. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures outlined in the unit. In case of fire, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations, contact emergency services immediately.

  2. Start Laundry: Begin a load of laundry with the stripped bed linens and any used towels. Follow the laundry instructions provided.
  3. Dishwashing: Ensure that all dishes, glassware, and utensils used during your stay are cleaned. Start the dishwasher with any dirty items or wash them by hand if there is no dishwasher. Please empty the dishwasher when finished.
  4. Dispose of Trash: Bag up all trash, including food waste and bathroom waste, in the provided trash bags. Tie the bags securely to prevent spills and odors.
  5. Check for Personal Items: Double-check all drawers, closets, and common areas to ensure you haven't left any personal items behind.
  6. Turn Off Lights and Appliances: Switch off all lights, fans, heating/cooling systems, and appliances. This helps conserve energy and maintain safety.
  7. Lock All Doors and Windows: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked before leaving the premises. Return any access cards or keys to their designated location.
  8. Thermostat Settings: Adjust the thermostat to the specified setting if applicable. Follow any heating or cooling instructions provided.
  9. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is strictly adhered to, and late check-out is available only with prior approval. Please contact our management team in advance if you require a late check-out.
  10. Return Parking Passes or Access Cards: If you were provided with parking passes or access cards, make sure to return them to the designated location or leave them in the unit.
  11. Feedback: We value your feedback. Please let us know if you encountered any issues during your stay or if there are any suggestions for improvement.
  12. Secure the Unit: Ensure that the rental unit is left in the same condition as when you arrived, clean and tidy. Report any damages or issues to the management team.
